For over thirty years, we have been perfumers and artisan blenders. Over the years, we have had the privilege of supporting numerous companies in the creation and launch of their perfumed lines, applying our expertise, high standards, and passion to ambitious projects.

 

However, in recent years, another reality has emerged. More and more entrepreneurs, independent creators, and emerging brands approached us to bring their olfactory universe to life, but with more modest volumes, often incompatible with industry standards.

 

Parfum Sur Mesure was born from this observation. Our mission is to make perfume creation accessible to project holders, regardless of the size of their structure or the desired quantity, without ever compromising on quality, authenticity, and artisanal excellence.

 

We believe that a great story can begin with a small batch. We put our expertise at the service of each creator, offering personalized support, attentive listening, and unique compositions, designed to faithfully translate an identity, an emotion, and a vision.

From our website, you can choose from our selection of packaging (bottles, pumps, and caps), allowing for a wide range of combinations. For a 100% personalized experience, we also offer custom labels and boxes to accurately reflect your brand's identity, universe, and positioning. Every visual detail helps bring your project to life.

 

For the olfactory aspect, we offer a selection of predefined scents, developed with high standards and expertise. You choose from these compositions the one that best matches your vision and the emotion you wish to convey.

 

Once you have made your choices and validated your order, we then ensure the production of your custom labels & boxes and the conditioning of the perfume in the bottles, with rigor and focus. Finally, we handle all aspects related to regulatory compliance, to guarantee a controlled and compliant market launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for perfume?

It is possible to place an order from 50 pieces per reference. Indeed, we are committed to offering you an affordable offer. Below this threshold, the prices we could offer you do not seem reasonable to us. This is why we have chosen to allow fragrance customization from 50 pieces

What is the lead time for receiving my personalized perfumes? 

Please allow approximately 1.5 months for your custom perfume order to be ready for shipment. Our partner produces your personalized labels and packaging on demand, which they typically provide to us within a month. Following that, we immediately proceed with packaging your products.

How can I ensure the regulatory compliance of perfumes? 

We handle the regulatory compliance of your products. Our company is designated as the Responsible Person for your products, and we are responsible for preparing your Product Information File. In case of an inspection, we will provide you with all the requested documentation.

 

Please note: a contribution to these costs is required upon validation of your order.

Are the perfumes made in France?

Yes, we make our perfumes ourselves in our workshops in Aubagne, Provence. We also work with local partners who support us in different areas.

Do your perfumes last?

We offer perfumed formulas that have been pre-evaluated, and whose staying power and longevity seem to us to be the most optimal possible, at least 4 hours. Thus, we have selected only a part of our entire olfactory library: the scents with the highest concentration that are most likely to offer you the best possible olfactory palette.

What payment methods are available?

Can I get a refund for my order?

It is possible to be reimbursed in the following cases: 

- if your order is not confirmed for preparation

- if your order is returned and the products are intact, unopened, and unused, and are not personalized products.

 

IMPORTANT: In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

Can I cancel my order

It is possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been prepared. To do so, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it can still be canceled, our teams will inform you and proceed with the refund of your order.

 

IMPORTANT: In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

Can I return my order?  

Yes, you can return your order at your own expense if the products are not personalized and if they are intact, unopened, and unused.

 

To do this, we advise you to contact our customer service, who will guide you through the process. Please note: you are responsible for products during return shipping. Therefore, we will not be able to refund you if your package is lost or damaged.
